About Applecat Gardens

I started Applecat Gardens to bring my personal passions and interests into my professional life. Having worked for many years in IT with predominantly desk based work I rarely need to explain my reasons for doing this which always makes me smile.

I was born and grew up in Oxford and love the city and it's surrounding towns and villages. Being very much an outdoors person who likes being in or up trees, having never really got that out of my system as a child.

Being able to bring an environmentally focussed perspective to my work is also something I take great satisfaction from.

Yes I do rather like Cats, from my own Domestic Shorthair, Henry who came to me from the Cats Protection charity, to a motley assortment of neighbourhood Cats who all know they can get free biscuits if they just stare at me through the window.
